Job Description

As a Benefits Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee benefits packages. This includes overseeing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring that our employees receive the best possible support for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Answer employee inquiries related to benefits plans and enrollment.
  • Assist with the preparation of employee communications related to benefits programs.
  • Coordinate with external benefits providers as needed.
  • Assist with other HR and payroll duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Certificate in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR field
Technical Skills
  • HRIS systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
