Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented HR Generalist to join our Centurion team. This role calls for someone with a strong background in HR initiatives, who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. Collaboration with various departments is key, as you will help in implementing HR policies and procedures that drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for various departments.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining training programs for staff development.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Guide managers on HR best practices and policies.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Update employee information in HRIS and maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR audits and follow up on action plans.
  • Support the performance management process and provide guidance.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
