Responsibilities

• Respond to and assess emergency water damage incidents.
• Apply effective drying, dehumidification, and restoration methods.
• Remove damaged materials and debris from the affected area.
• Monitor and document the restoration process, ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients about restoration updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout all processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Additional certifications in related areas (e.g., mold remediation, biohazard cleanup) would be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration or similar field.
