Job Description

In the role of Manufacturing Project Engineer, you will lead technical projects within the manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the established quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Generate project documentation and maintain records.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support teams in resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Prepare risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate training for team members on project-specific requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines throughout project execution.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field)
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
