Job Description

We are in search of a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and understands the sales process thoroughly. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies and building lasting relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline and deal with customer complaints efficiently.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets for the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and plan for necessary coaching.
  • Coordinate with marketing campaigns to promote products effectively.
  • Attend industry events to network and gather market insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Sales Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue.
