Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will conduct manual and automated testing, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure product quality. You'll help maintain our reputation for excellence in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated tests using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Cross-collaborate with product teams to identify potential risks.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot software defects for resolution.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on best QA practices.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing methodologies

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Performance Testing tools: Hands-on experience with tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Backend Testing experience: Knowledge in backend testing concepts and practices.
