Job Description

The Educational Administrator plays a key role in coordinating educational initiatives, managing academic programs, and facilitating staff collaboration to foster a nurturing learning environment conducive to student success and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators to implement and adapt curriculum effectively.
• Lead the student enrollment process and manage all records diligently.

• Regularly assess programs and implement improvements based on feedback.

• Actively support student and parent inquiries to ensure satisfaction and support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of administrative experience within educational settings
