As a Control Room Operator, your primary role will be to monitor the security systems and coordinate emergency response actions. You'll work closely with the security team to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities
Oversee surveillance operations and alarm systems.
Engage with emergency services when necessary.
Compile daily security reports for management.
Coordinate access management for contractors and guests.
Ensure all security policies are followed diligently.
Monitor and maintain communication systems within the control room.
Conduct post-incident analysis and report findings.
