Job Description

We are in search of a qualified pharmacist to manage prescriptions and provide expert advice about medications. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes.
• Address medication-related problems for patients.
• Manage pharmacy operations efficiently to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enhance pharmacy services and patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions dispensed.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior pharmacists.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a community pharmacy setting

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in medication therapy management: Knowledge and experience in reviewing and optimizing individual patient’s medication regimens.
