Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will lead a team of operators, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a production team towards achieving production goals.
• Ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Analyze production data to develop strategies for improvement.
• Perform regular audits of production processes for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with inventory control to ensure necessary supplies.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills.
• Respond to production issues and resolve them promptly.
• Support cost control initiatives while boosting production quality.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and production floor staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management
