Job Description

We are in search of a Process Control Operator to enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the production systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards while achieving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage production metrics and KPIs to achieve targets.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during production downtimes.
• Implement best practices in process control to improve output.
• Provide input for resource allocation and scheduling.
• Engage in pattern analysis to predict production outcomes.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate innovative technologies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and production regulations.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to streamline workflows.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
• BTech in Process Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
