An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing a wide range of engaging activities for our clients.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate recreational activities and events for clients.
Develop engaging schedules that cater to various interests and age groups.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and customize activities accordingly.
Manage logistics including equipment and supplies.
Evaluate the success of activities and implement improvements.
Lead sessions and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
Document and manage participant data effectively.
Collaborate with team members to develop new activity ideas.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate/diploma in activities coordination or relevant field (advantageous)
Experience
Experience engaging with specific needs individuals (dementia, physical disabilities) is a plus.
