We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician who will be central to our tech team, providing support and solutions to both hardware and software issues while contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT department.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist in the implementation of new hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery.
Conduct regular maintenance on IT equipment.
Assist in setting up and configuring new systems for employees.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing IT processes.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Manage communication with users regarding system performance and issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role
