Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for our clients. You'll be integral in maintaining our IT infrastructure and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries and support requests from users.
• Participate in IT project implementations and upgrades.
• Provide effective support for office productivity tools.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management of IT assets.
• Develop and maintain user training materials.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or Technical Support
• A degree in Computer Science is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles

• Windows and Linux OS

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
