Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be tasked with analyzing and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our operations are efficient and cost-effective. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to developing solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to test process improvements.
  • Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to enhance product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Perform risk assessments and maintain safety standards.
  • Facilitate team meetings to gather input on process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
