Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain machinery used in the bleaching and dyeing processes. You will ensure that each production run adheres to company quality standards while working effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine setups for various fabric types.
• Utilize AutoCAD for technical drawings related to machinery.
• Utilize tools and equipment for preventive maintenance tasks.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Investigate and troubleshoot operational faults in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the chemical supplier for necessary materials.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certificate in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a textile-focused role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of dye processes
• Familiarity with safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
