Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will help shape our products and drive user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new product features.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Develop design specifications and style guides for consistency across the product.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define and align on product vision and goals.
• Stay us-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design or Graphic Design
• Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design

• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent
