Job Description

As a Psychologist at our Cape Town facility, you'll work with diverse populations to assess and treat various psychological issues. Your role will involve direct patient care, collaborative treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of progress towards mental health goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead therapy sessions focusing on evidence-based practices.
  • Assess client needs and establish therapeutic goals.
  • Write comprehensive reports on client progress.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars related to mental health.
  • Support the development of treatment resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical psychology
