Plant Controller

Job Description

The Plant Controller will oversee the financial operations of the plant, ensuring that all financial goals and compliance requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within a manufacturing context, with a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital needs.
• Support operational teams with financial insights and guidance.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and consultants.
• Train and develop finance team members to enhance their capabilities.
• Implement process improvements for financial operations.
• Facilitate communications between finance and other departments.
• Review and approve financial transactions.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector
