Responsibilities

• Assist sellers with preparing their homes for sale, including staging and pricing strategies.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to market properties effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Conduct thorough property inspections and evaluations.
• Respond to requests for information from potential buyers quickly.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current in the industry.
• Implement customer service best practices to enhance client experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional initiatives.
• Provide clients with insights on mortgage options and financial assistance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
• Real Estate License is mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
