Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Administrator dedicated to fostering a quality healthcare environment in Bloemfontein. This role involves overseeing administrative functions, formulating operational policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team in providing quality healthcare services.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets to support facility objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement among staff to enhance service quality.
  • Facilitate staff training and development initiatives to improve care standards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance services.
  • Direct patient services operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
