Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist in our Durban office, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patients and design individualized therapy programs aimed at improving their independence and quality of life. You will play a vital role in our healthcare team, delivering high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients' functional challenges.
  • Design and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes thoroughly.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Assist patients in achieving individual therapy goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Certification in a specialized area of therapy is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in occupational therapy
