Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Administrator eager to implement innovative solutions in our healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of healthcare operations with a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to healthcare teams.
  • Create and enforce policies to improve patient services.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance within the healthcare setting.
  • Facilitate communication between healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Drive initiatives for quality improvement in patient care.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support strategic planning efforts and business development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
