The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel itineraries for individual clients and groups. You will leverage your expertise in travel regulations, product offerings, and destination insights to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised travel experiences by consulting and planning.
• Research the latest travel trends to enhance offerings.
• Book travel arrangements in line with client preferences.
• Provide support and information regarding visas and travel documents.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare billing and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote travel packages.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma in Travel and Tourism is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry

Technical Skills

• GDS Systems Knowledge
• Travel Planning Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
