We are on the lookout for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining and bar operations in Durban. The successful candidate will spearhead our culinary team, ensuring we provide an outstanding guest experience through innovative menu offerings and exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Direct all daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork within the team.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety throughout food preparation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt offerings accordingly.
  • Coordinate with management to align food and beverage strategies.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop training programs to upskill team members.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to encourage communication and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role within a high-volume environment
