Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies tailored to application specifications.
• Collaborate with end users during UAT to capture feedback.
• Establish metrics for measuring software quality and performance.
• Identify and recommend tools and technologies for testing improvements.
• Conduct cross-functional meetings to align testing standards.
• Research and adopt best practices in quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with software safety and quality regulations.
• Drive initiatives to standardize documentation across projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)
• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Test Automation Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as Cypress or TestNG.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Practices: Awareness of continuous integration and deployment practices.
