Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our supply chain operations, developing strategies to optimize performance, and fostering relationships with key suppliers. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance benchmarks and manage KPIs related to supply chain operations.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the supply chain.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with IT to implement supply chain management software solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• MBA or relevant industry certifications is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role
