We're on the lookout for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Wellness Retreats in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of massage techniques and skincare treatments, aiming to provide clients with tailored wellness experiences. You'll be responsible for maintaining a serene environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic massages, body treatments, and facials based on standard protocols.
• Engage effectively with clients to understand their preferences and ensure a personalized experience.
• Assist in the upkeep of treatment areas and all related equipment.
• Promote wellness programs and spa loyalty incentives to clients.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommended follow-up treatments.
• Assist with inventory management and product replenishment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized therapies are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a spa environment.
