Responsibilities
Supervise fleet staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
Manage fuel inventory and implement fuel-saving strategies.
Ensure timely reporting and resolution of vehicle defects.
Establish effective communication channels with drivers and logistics personnel.
Monitor and evaluate performance of logistics partners.
Conduct periodic fleet audits and inspections.
Manage contracts with fleet suppliers and service providers.
Support development of logistics policies and operational strategies.
Requirements
Education
Postgraduate qualifications in Logistics or Business Management preferred
Experience
4-6 years of experience in fleet and logistics management
