Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Logistics Coordinator to manage and enhance our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance, ensuring efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise fleet staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Manage fuel inventory and implement fuel-saving strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of vehicle defects.
  • Establish effective communication channels with drivers and logistics personnel.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of logistics partners.
  • Conduct periodic fleet audits and inspections.
  • Manage contracts with fleet suppliers and service providers.
  • Support development of logistics policies and operational strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Logistics or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in fleet and logistics management
