Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documents.
• Provide solutions to design challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Research materials and methods to innovate design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Registered Professional Architect
• LEED Accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
