Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Mechanical Engineer to design and analyze mechanical systems. The successful applicant will have hands-on experience in engineering projects and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from conception through implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve engineering problems.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure project alignment.
• Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
• Implement design changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) status is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering with relevant industry experience

• ANSYS
• Python for automation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with robotics engineering: Hands-on experience with robotic systems and automation processes.
