Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and development process for projects.
• Assess the environmental impact of structural designs.
• Collaborate on project proposals and bids.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Document design changes and maintain project records.
• Participate in project budget reviews and cost estimation.
• Utilize CAD and other design software to create and modify designs.
• Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Implement sustainable design practices in engineering solutions.
• Attend training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential projects
