Job Description

Join our team as a Retail Store Manager, where you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers while managing the daily operations of the store. Your role will include mentoring staff, maximizing sales, and maintaining high standards of merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in the store.
• Analyze sales reports and develop action plans for improvement.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
• Manage cash and payment processes according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional strategies.
• Conduct performance appraisals for staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail or Business Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with retail analytics tools: Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights to inform store strategy.
