• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Retail Technology Tools Familiar with POS systems and retail technology solutions.
• Leadership Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire teams.
• Communication Effective communication skills for interactions with staff and customers.
• Problem-solving Able to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Certified Retail Manager (CRM)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
