The Residential Advisor will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for children residing in our facility. This role involves supervising daily activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily care of children within the facility.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with residents.
Facilitate engaging activities to promote social interaction.
Monitor behavior and implement strategies to address issues.
Assist with household tasks, including cooking and cleaning.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Stay informed about child development best practices.
Ensure compliance with child protection regulations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in childcare or related field
