Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide exceptional support services and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware, and offering insights to improve system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems via phone, email, and in-person support.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
  • Create user accounts and manage permissions in various systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
