Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients for psychological conditions and create tailored care plans.
  • Direct therapy sessions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
  • Document treatment outcomes and progress evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for holistic support.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and improve therapeutic approaches.
  • Engage actively in continuing education and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • A PhD in Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical practice experience
