Job Description

As an Accountant at Leading Financial Services, you'll take charge of managing financial records, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various accounting software and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all financial records are kept accurate and up to date.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets to inform management strategy.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through sound accounting practices.
• Assist with cash flow management and optimization.
• Review and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with financial institutions and auditors as necessary.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate training on accounting best practices.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in finance or accounting roles
