Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute construction drawings accurately.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accurate drill placements.
• Insert and secure lag screws according to engineering standards.
• Monitor work environment for safety compliance.
• Maintain and coordinate tool usage for efficiency.
• Engage in problem-solving during complex installations.
• Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other construction trades.
• Report to the lead construction manager daily.
• Participate in safety training and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in structural fitting or similar roles.

Technical Skills

• Precision Drilling

Languages
