Responsibilities

• Work with teams to maintain website operation and performance.
• Evaluate and refine the customer journey for improved satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budget for e-commerce initiatives.
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Execute A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Train staff on e-commerce best practices and tools.
• Communicate with external partners and vendors for platform enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
