Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and enhance our brand presence. You will work closely with various teams to create compelling content and manage our online communities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interactions.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
  • Keep up with emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.
  • Work with influencers and other brands to enhance outreach.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice and message.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or certification in digital marketing preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
