Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing efficient processes to optimise logistics performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in warehouse management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve targets.
• Assist in developing budget estimates for warehouse operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Lead efforts to reduce operational costs within the warehouse.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance operational flow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with team management experience

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
