Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve targets.
  • Assist in developing budget estimates for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Lead efforts to reduce operational costs within the warehouse.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance operational flow.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Inventory Management Systems Proficient in using various inventory management software.
  • Logistics Software Experienced in logistics and warehouse management software applications.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
  • Time Management Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • OSHA Safety Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with local and international safety standards.
  • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to manage budgets effectively.
