Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, online sales, and customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns targeting customer segments.
  • Evaluate competitor e-commerce activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster collaboration between the e-commerce department and other key teams.
  • Prepare reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth and market expansion.
  • Lead promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or e-commerce is preferred
