Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and experience in project management. You will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control the construction process from conception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with local authorities regarding permits and licensing.
• Facilitate training and development for site personnel.
• Prepare and manage documentation for all aspects of the project.
• Identify potential issues and proactively manage risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience
