UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis to inform design strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to track user interactions and refine designs.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to promote a user-centered culture.
• Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials based on UX insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience specializing in UX/UI

• Wireframing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile Environments: Background in working within Agile project management frameworks.
• Experience with Design Systems: Ability to work within established design systems for consistency across products.
