We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure technical correctness and usability, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce detailed technical documents that effectively communicate complex information.
• Work with developers to create user guides that meet the needs of clients.
• Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in products.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user insights for documentation enhancements.
• Develop templates and standards for documentation consistency.
• Assist in managing the documentation workflow and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to junior writers.
• Stay updated on trends in technical writing and documentation tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
• Additional certifications in Technical Writing are an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in technical writing or documentation.
