Job Description

The Swatch Paster plays a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality swatches by expertly pasting fabric and color sample strips onto specified swatch cards. Attention to detail is essential, as the accuracy and consistency of swatch cards directly impact product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up swatch cards for production.
• Collaborate with design and quality control teams.
• Implement best practices for swatch quality and consistency.
• Document and report any discrepancies in fabric placement.
• Support inventory management by tracking swatch materials.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements to swatching processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• No specific experience required, but previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
