We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Environmental Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, providing sustainability recommendations, and collaborating with clients to implement eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental impact data and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations.
• Work with engineering teams to design eco-friendly projects.
• Provide expert testimony in environmental hearings and audits.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Promote environmental initiatives within the company and the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Policy or Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental impact assessments and consulting
