Responsibilities

• Develop specifications for mechanical systems and components.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Create and implement maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
• Document and maintain project records and reports.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and engineering solutions.
• Support production teams in technical queries and troubleshooting.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
