Job Description

As a Computer Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance of our network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot network issues, provide technical support to users, and collaborate with the engineering team to optimize our systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.
• Document and track all network incidents and requests.
• Assist in network design and implementation.

• Maintain inventory of network devices and licenses.

• Assist in the installation of LAN/WAN equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in network support or telecommunications
